China’s own design and construction of the first underground gas storage --- Da Zhangtuo underground gas storage has started a few days ago. After the completion of this underground gas storage, it will not only meet the need of regulating the gas season in Beijing and emergency and safe gas supply in the Shaanxi-Beijing gas pipeline accident, but also to balance the supply of gas in the western part of Beijing with the improvement of the economic development in North China and Tianjin Natural gas supply status.
