湖南湘西是一个以土家族和苗族为主的少数民族集居地,具有独特魅力的湘西苗族服饰是其文化体系的重要组成部分,从服饰中可看出湖南湘西苗族历史的发展进程和文化沉积,集中反映了她在与自然抗衡中对事物的认识和升华,此间也产生了湘西苗族的审美意识。所以,一些专家学者认为,苗族服饰图案是“研究湘西苗族历史文化的活化石”和“穿在身上的史诗图腾”。从当代湘西苗族服饰的民族性入手,通过分析湘西苗族服装及佩饰的内容与特色,探讨苗族服饰在当代工笔人物画中的体现。
Hunan Xiangxi is a settlement of ethnic minorities mainly composed of Tujia and Miao people. Miao ethnic costumes with unique charm are the important components of their cultural system. From the costumes, the development process and cultural deposition of Miao in Hunan Province can be seen , A concentrated reflection of her understanding and sublimation of things in her contestation with nature, which also produced the aesthetic awareness of the Miao in West Hunan. Therefore, some experts and scholars believe that the Miao costumes and motifs are “living fossils that study the history and culture of the Miao in Western Hunan” and “epic totems worn on the body.” Starting from the nationality of contemporary Miao nationality in Xiangxi, this article analyzes the contents and characteristics of Miao costumes and accessories in western Hunan and discusses the embodiment of Hmong costumes in contemporary portrait painting.
