为了提高服装产品供应链运作效率,促进整个供应链的协调与优化,本文运用面向对象Petri网技术,重点对服装产品供应链主体模型进行了研究,基于该主体模型,进一步对供应链各成员的行为进行了详细描述,并通过Flexsim软件对模型进行仿真,指出供应链各成员的行为过程。通过实例研究,验证了模型的可行性,同时找出了供应链运行的瓶颈,各节点工作能力的占有率,为提高服装产品供应链运作效率提出改进意见。
In order to improve the operational efficiency of the apparel supply chain and promote the coordination and optimization of the entire supply chain, this paper uses the object-oriented Petri net technology, focusing on the main body of the apparel supply chain model, based on the main model, further the supply chain members Behavior is described in detail, and the model is simulated by Flexsim software, pointing out the process of the members of the supply chain. Through the case study, the feasibility of the model is verified. At the same time, the bottleneck of the supply chain operation, the occupancy of each node’s working ability are found out, and the improvement suggestions are put forward to improve the operational efficiency of the garment product supply chain.
