本文将家兔肺阻抗血流图波高(△Z)与相应的右心室压差(△P),同步输入示波器的Y、X轴而得到压力阻抗环。并观察不同实验条件下(肺泡加压,注射异丙肾上腺素、酚妥拉明、烧灼右冠状动脉和右室壁等)环的面积及K_2、L_2的变化。实验结果表明:压力阻抗环能较准确地反映心肌收缩力及前后负荷的变化情况,可作为血流动力学的监护指标。
In this paper, the rabbit impedance impedance wave height (△ Z) and the corresponding right ventricular pressure difference (△ P), synchronous input oscilloscope Y and X axis pressure impedance ring. The changes of area, K 2 and L 2 of the rings under different experimental conditions (alveolar pressure, isoproterenol, phentolamine, cessation of right coronary artery and right ventricular wall) were observed. The experimental results show that: the pressure impedance ring can more accurately reflect the changes of myocardial contractility and before and after the load, which can be used as monitoring indicators of hemodynamics.
