合适的温度及光照是育种的重要条件,种子发芽箱的微电脑控制装置就是为了实现对上述条件的自动控制而设计的。系统有恒温控制和变温控制两种基本功能,通过选择可实现各种条件下的温度及光照控制。 1 系统的功能与原理 本装置的主要功能为变温控制部分,模拟自然条件下种子发芽的温度和光照条件。用高温T_h和低温T_1两个数据,模拟白天和夜晚温度的不同;用日光灯的明暗去模拟光照。功能选定后的基本工作过程为:日光灯亮,温度控制在了T_h。模拟白天:系统工作一段时间t后(假定模拟白天时间为t,f< 24h),日光灯熄灭,温度控制在T_1。模拟夜晚:再经过24h后,系统又转为模拟白天的控制,温度升至T_h,日光灯打开。
