本文观察了口服低剂量叶酸片与优福定门诊治疗晚期消化道肿瘤30例的疗效。叶酸片20mg口服，每8小时1次；优福定片4片口服，每8小时1次，两药同时口服，连服30天后，休息7天为一疗程。19例晚期胃癌，7例（36．8％）有效，其中2例为复治，4例稳定，进展8例。5例晚期结肠癌中1例部分缓解，1例稳定。6例晚期食管癌，仅1例稳定，5例进展。总有效率（CR＋PR）为26．7％。毒副反应包括轻度恶心呕吐、食欲下降、腹泻、皮疹、骨髓抑制。
This article observed the efficacy of oral low-dose folic acid tablets and yufuding outpatient treatment of advanced gastrointestinal cancer in 30 cases. Folic acid tablets 20mg orally once every 8 hours; Youfuding tablets 4 oral, once every 8 hours, two drugs at the same time oral, and even served 30 days, rest 7 days for a course of treatment. In 19 cases of advanced gastric cancer, 7 cases (36.8%) were effective, of which 2 cases were retreatment, 4 cases were stable, and 8 cases progressed. In 5 cases of advanced colon cancer, 1 was partially relieved and 1 was stable. Of 6 patients with advanced esophageal cancer, only 1 was stable and 5 progressed. The total effective rate (CR+PR) was 26.7%. Side effects include mild nausea and vomiting, decreased appetite, diarrhea, rash, and bone marrow suppression.
