针对ZK60镁合金罩体类零件的结构特点,设计了等温挤压成形工艺及试验模具。采用Deform-3D有限元模拟分析软件,研究了镁合金罩体类零件等温挤压成形过程中变形力及金属流动规律,预测了变形所需挤压力大小及可能产生的缺陷,为优化模具结构和工艺参数提供了理论依据。根据模拟结果进行等温挤压实验,成功挤出形状复杂的镁合金零件,其表面粗糙度与尺寸精度均符合要求。通过对挤出的镁合金零件进行内部显微组织观察,表明其成形性能良好。研究结果为该类镁合金零件等温挤压成形工艺和模具设计提供了科学依据。
According to the structural characteristics of ZK60 magnesium alloy cover parts, isothermal extrusion forming process and test mold are designed. Deform-3D finite element analysis software was used to study the deformation force and metal flow during isothermal extrusion of magnesium alloy shell parts. The squeezing force required for deformation and the possible defects were predicted. In order to optimize the mold structure And process parameters provide a theoretical basis. According to the simulation results of isothermal extrusion experiments, the successful extrusion of complex shapes of magnesium alloy parts, the surface roughness and dimensional accuracy are in line with the requirements. Through the internal microstructure observation of the extruded magnesium alloy parts, it shows that the formability is good. The results provide a scientific basis for the isothermal extrusion forming process and mold design of such magnesium alloy parts.
