Shy—Drager 综合征是一种原因不明的精神系统多发性原发性变性疾病。近年来国内不断有少数病例报告。但有关本症颅脑 CT 扫描表现的报导尚不多见。现将笔者所见7例临床确诊,又经 CT 扫描检查的病例分析报告如下:临床资料一、一般资料:本组男4例,女3例。年龄37～58岁。发病时年龄32～55岁,40岁以下者2例,41～60岁者5例。二、首发症状:本组中6例以直立时血压下降引起的一过性脑贫血晕厥为首发症状。1例以中枢神经系统受损的症状为首发症状。
Shy-Drager syndrome is an unidentified multiple primary degenerative disease of the nervous system. In recent years there have been a few cases of continuous reports. However, the report on the performance of craniocerebral CT scan is rare. Now I see the clinical diagnosis of 7 cases, but also by CT scan case analysis report as follows: Clinical data First, the general information: The group of 4 males and 3 females.
