运用最大同步法对中国白菜及其相邻类群(2n=20)的57个品种35个性状进行了分支分析,并在此基础上研究了它们的演化关系。结果表明,普通白菜、塌菜、菜心、紫菜薹和分蘖菜合为一个分支类群,薹菜和结球白菜为介于前者和芜菁之间的分支类群,被认为是杂交演化形成而归为前一分支类群,日本水菜被认为是受外来种质渗入影响而脱离于分蘖菜的分支类群,以分支图和研究结果建立了中国白菜的演化关系图
The maximum synchronization method was used to analyze the 35 traits of 57 Chinese cabbage and its adjacent groups (2n = 20), and the evolutionary relationships between them were studied. The results showed that common cabbage, Chinese cabbage, Brassica campestris, Porphyra yezoensis and tillering were combined into one branch group. Saping cabbage and Chinese cabbage were the branch groups between the former and turnip, which were considered as the evolution of hybridization. For the former branch group, Japanese watercress is considered to be affected by the infiltration of external germplasm and divorced from the tillering of the branch groups, the branch chart and the results established the evolution of Chinese cabbage diagram
