本文论述了盐浴渗钒对GCr15钢抗咬合性和耐磨性的影响,并与常规处理及渗硼处理进行了对比。试验结果表明,面心立方晶格的碳化钒覆层由于摩擦系数较低,粘着倾向较小,且具有极高的硬度,可大幅度提高钢的抗咬合性和耐磨性。其抗咬合能力约是常规处理的7.2倍和渗硼处理的1.5倍。其相对耐磨性高达常规处理的12.6倍,渗硼处理的2.9倍。不同热处理状态的试样,磨损机制有明显差异。
In this paper, the effect of salt bath infiltration vanadium on the seizure resistance and wear resistance of GCr15 steel is discussed, and compared with conventional treatment and boronizing treatment. The results show that the face-centered cubic lattice of vanadium carbide coating due to lower friction coefficient, less tendency to stick, and has a very high hardness, can greatly improve the anti-seizure and wear resistance of steel. Its anti-bite ability is about 7.2 times of conventional treatment and 1.5 times of boronizing treatment. Its relative wear resistance up to 12.6 times the conventional treatment, boron treatment 2.9 times. Different heat treatment state of the sample, there are significant differences in wear mechanism.
