本文用11种金属材料,在内蒙古天然碱苛化烧碱液中,进行了全浸式静态和动态腐蚀试验。用失重法测量腐蚀速度,用电化学方法测试钝态特性,用透射电镜观察腐蚀形貌和钝化膜状态,用电子衍射法鉴定了钝化膜及附着物的晶体结构。在浓效温度为150℃C,NaOH浓度为41~47%的条件下,试验材料按耐蚀性优劣排队顺序为:000Cr30Mo2、000Cr26Mo1、B30、Ti—0.2Pd、Ni、Ti、00Cr20Ni25Mo4Cu、1Cr18Ni 9 Ti、00Cr17Ni13Mo2、16MnR和20钢,用高纯高铬铁素体不锈钢000Cr30Mo2和000Cr26Mo1,制造浓效天然碱苛化烧碱液的装置,有可能显著提高使用寿命。
In this paper, 11 kinds of metal materials, alkali caustic soda caustic soda in Inner Mongolia, a total immersion static and dynamic corrosion test. The corrosion rate was measured by weight loss method. The passivation properties were measured by electrochemical method. The corrosion morphology and passive film morphology were observed by transmission electron microscopy. The crystal structure of the passivation films and attachments was identified by electron diffraction. Under the condition of the effective temperature of 150 ℃ and the concentration of NaOH of 41 ~ 47%, the order of the queuing of the tested materials according to the corrosion resistance is: 000Cr30Mo2,000Cr26Mo1, B30, Ti-0.2Pd, Ni, Ti, 00Cr20Ni25Mo4Cu, 1Cr18Ni 9 Ti, 00Cr17Ni13Mo2, 16MnR and 20 steel, with high-purity high-chromium ferritic stainless steel 000Cr30Mo2 and 000Cr26Mo1, caustic soda production of concentrated caustic soda plant, it is possible to significantly improve the service life.
