每一次公共危机发生时,都会引发公众和社会的极大关注。做好危机管理沟通机制的实践以及运用好媒体,将为危机的最终妥善处理和解决营造提供关键助力。本文结合最近发生在司法系统的一个举报事件,分析危机管理沟通机制包括的要点、实践过程中要处理好的几个关系,以及在媒体运用方面的策略。
Every time a public crisis occurs, great public and social concern will arise. To do a good job in crisis management and communication mechanisms and to make good use of the media will provide the key assistance for the eventual handling of the crisis and its solution. In this paper, we will analyze the main points of the communication mechanism of crisis management, several relations to be handled in practice and the tactics of using the media in light of a recent incident reported in the judicial system.
