我们在听课中发现,有经验的教师总是抓住例题来传授基础知识和巩固基础知识,把例题教学作为培养学生能力、发展学生智力的重要途径。但有的教师在教学中,认为例题简单,让学生看一看了事;也有的教师因对例题缺乏钻研,在讲授例题时,只是把例题和解答机械地抄写到黑板上,不作讲解,甚至有的教师干脆删掉一些基本例题,这样就违反了由易到难、由浅入深的教学原则。总之,轻率地处理教材中的例题,必将会给学生的学习带来很多困难,以致造成学生基础知识不牢固、数学概念模糊不清的后果。我们在一所乡村小学听课,教师新授课后,我们出当
