通过RIA法检测脑损伤大鼠血浆及海马匀浆中TNF-α含量变化,研究TNF-α对海马神经元坏死的影响。结果:血浆及海马匀浆TNF-α含量在伤后30min无明显变化,而伤后6h、24h及72h均明显高于对照组,二者有明显相关性,且TNF-α变化与病程有关。认为,脑损伤后TNF-α增高是引起海马缺血、神经元坏死的重要因素;动态测定血浆TNF-α水平可作为脑损伤后病情发生、发展的评价指标。
The contents of TNF-α in plasma and hippocampus of rats with brain injury were detected by RIA, and the effects of TNF-α on the neuronal necrosis of hippocampus were studied. Results: The levels of TNF-α in plasma and hippocampus homogenate had no significant change 30 min after injury, but were significantly higher at 6 h, 24 h and 72 h after injury than those in control group. It is believed that the increase of TNF-αin brain injury is an important factor of hippocampal ischemia and neuron necrosis. The dynamic determination of plasma TNF-αlevel can be used as an evaluation index for the occurrence and development of brain injury.
