测定了Zr—2.5Nb合金各典型冶金状态的机械性能、腐蚀性能、吸氢性能等。通过比较表明,该合金经880℃水淬并于500℃时效24小时后有最好的综合性能。试制了φ91×4×5200毫米的冷加工型压力管,其化学成份,主要性能及主要尺寸精度都达到了国际上目前设计要求。
The mechanical properties, corrosion properties and hydrogen absorption properties of various typical metallurgical states of Zr-2.5Nb alloy were determined. By comparison, the alloy has the best overall performance after being quenched at 880 ° C and aging at 500 ° C for 24 hours. Trial production of φ91 × 4 × 5200 mm cold-type pressure pipe, its chemical composition, the main performance and major dimensional accuracy have reached the current international design requirements.
