认清时间和日期计算的实质时间和日期计算的实质可从四方面理解:地球自转方向→自西向东→东早西晚(定性);地球自转产生的昼夜更替周期→1太阳日→15°/小时(定量);日地空间关系→确定时刻→矫正时刻(定标);东西时差计算→东加西减→东时区大早小晚,西时区大晚小早(定法)。时间计算本质上是地方时的计算。
