北京市顺义区第三中学五位教师以学生身份体验校园生活,使教师重新认识“学生角色”的不易,意识到要善待学生的错误,要关注后进生的感受,要关注学生的偏科现象,要关注学生阅读能力的提升等;也开始反思“教师角色”。认识到教师要给学生做榜样,要精心准备课堂教学内容,关注其他学科的教学。学校管理者和教师都意识到要基于学生视角不断反思与改进学校管理与师生发展平台。
