介绍了一种用气相色谱法准确快速测定化妆品中 VE含量的新方法。该法以 VC作保护剂 ,用环已烷提取样品 ,SEP-PAK ALUM-A小柱净化。以氯氰菊酯为内标物 ,在 1.5 % OV-17色谱柱上进行分离 ,测定化妆品中 VE含量。内标物与样品的分离度为 1.5 5。平均回收率为 94.3%~ 98.8% ,相对标准偏差为1.7%~ 3.5 % (n=5 )
A new method for accurate and rapid determination of VE in cosmetics by gas chromatography is introduced. The law of VC as a protective agent, with cyclohexane extraction samples, SEP-PAK ALUM-A cartridge purification. Cypermethrin was used as an internal standard and separated on a 1.5% OV-17 column to determine the content of VE in cosmetics. Internal standard and sample resolution 1.55. The average recoveries ranged from 94.3% to 98.8% with relative standard deviations of 1.7% to 3.5% (n = 5)
