本文测定血浆牛磺酸90例.A 组:单胎足月正常临产妇30例,B 组:A 组产妇分娩之新生儿30例,C 组:健康非孕女性30例.采用美国Bechman~(121) MB 型氨基酸分析仪按单锂柱生理体液法进行测定.结果:A 组血浆游离牛磺酸为116.65±13.08,B 组132.83±29.09,C 组77.82±6.7(μmol/L (?)±S).三组间差异显著(F=64.4747,P<0.01).血浆游离蛋氨酸和半胱氨酸值,A 组和B 组均明显低于C组(P<0.01).提示胎儿生长发育阶段对牛磺酸需求量大,孕期应注意补充牛磺酸和蛋氨酸.
In this study, 90 cases of plasma taurine were measured.A group: 30 cases of single-term full-term pregnant women, group B: 30 cases of newborns in group A, 30 cases of healthy non-pregnant women in group C.
