目的探讨体检人群满意度以及经济、社会效益的增长情况,来说明“人性化服务”对体检工作的重要性。方法通过“人性化服务理念”教育、完善硬件建设、优化体检流程、突出服务特色等方面的工作,使“人性化服务”做到实处,从而提高体检人群的就医效率以及满意度。结果体检人群的满意度达98.8%,体检人数年递增接近20%。结论“人性化服务”的落实,满足了体检人群的要求,只有进一步完善人性化服务,体检工作才能蓬勃有序的开展。
Objective To explore the satisfaction of medical examination population and the growth of economic and social benefits to illustrate the importance of “humanized service” to the medical examination work. Methods To improve the efficiency and satisfaction of medical examination population by “education of humanized service concept”, perfection of hardware construction, optimization of physical examination process, highlighting service characteristics and so on, so that “humanized service” can be implemented . Results The satisfaction of the medical examination population reached 98.8%, and the number of medical examinations increased by nearly 20% in a few years. Conclusion The implementation of “humanized service” fulfilled the requirements of the medical examination population. Only by further improving the humanized service can the medical examination work flourishly and orderly.
