So far it has been difficult to show up the state of blood flow in choroid due to its position underlying behind the retina anatomically. This paper presents the principle and the method of data analysis in the measurement of the choroidal blood flow-time curve by means of laser interferometry. Preliminary investigations show that this technique may be important in the diagnosis of multiple arteritis and prediction of cerebral ischemic disturbances.
