目的:探讨品管圈在提高神经外科患者头位30°执行率的应用效果。方法:选取神经外科2015年1~6月收治的250例患者为观察组,给予品管圈活动;选取神经外科2014年6~12月收治的250例患者为对照组,比较两组患者头位30°的执行率、肺部感染情况。结果:观察组头位30°的执行率高于对照组,肺部感染率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈能够提高神经外科患者头位30°的执行率,降低患者肺部感染的发生率,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the application effect of quality control loop in improving the implementation rate of head position 30 ° in neurosurgical patients. Methods: A total of 250 patients admitted to Department of Neurosurgery between January and June 2015 were selected as observation group and given quality control circle. 250 neurosurgery patients admitted from June to December 2014 were selected as control group. 30 ° implementation rate, lung infections. Results: The implementation rate of head position 30 ° in observation group was higher than that in control group, and the infection rate in lung was lower than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Quality control circle can improve the implementation rate of head position 30 ° in neurosurgical patients and reduce the incidence of lung infection in patients, which is worth promoting.
