1987年3月6日,山西省新绛县南苏合作弹簧广(以下简称弹簧厂)根据其与山西省金属公司仓库签订的合同,委托山西省金属公司仓库,经太原西站向侯马站托运两捆钢丝,运单填写总重量为一吨。3月14日,货到侯马站卸车时,发现丢失一捆,临汾铁路分局侯马车务段(以下简称车务段)遂编货运记录,同意按经济合同法第四十一条和铁路货物运输规程第五十一条的规定赔偿弹簧厂的实际损失。弹簧厂领取
