目的:研究毛茛科植物黄连Coptis chinensis Franch.的化学成分。方法:利用柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱等分离技术对黄连的95%乙醇提取物进行分离,根据其所得化合物的理化性质与UV、IR、MS、NMR等光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:从黄连的95%乙醇提取物的氯仿萃取部分分离得到7个成分,分别鉴定为甲基小檗碱(1)、8,9-dihydroxy-1,5,6,10b-tetrahydro-2H-pyrrolo[2,1-α]isoquinolin-3-one(2)、(±)5,5’-二甲氧基落叶松脂醇(3)、3,4-二羟基苯乙醇(4)、methyl-5-O-feruloylquinate(5)、ethyl-5-O-feruloylquinate(6)和apocynol(7)。结论:其中化合物3为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物5~7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Ranunculaceae Coptis chinensis Franch. METHODS: 95% ethanolic extracts of Coptidis Rhizoma were separated by column chromatography, gel column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and UV, IR, MS, NMR and other spectroscopic data . Results: Seven components were isolated from the chloroform extract of 95% ethanol extract of Coptis chinensis Franch. They were identified as methyl berberine (1), 8,9-dihydroxy-1,5,6,10b-tetrahydro-2H- pyrrolo [2,1-α] isoquinolin-3-one (2), (±) 5,5’-dimethoxylufaol (3) 5-O-feruloylquinate (5), ethyl-5-O-feruloylquinate (6) and apocynol (7). Conclusion: Among them, compound 3 was isolated from this genus for the first time and compounds 5 to 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
