目的观察神龙液合并化疗、放射治疗晚期鼻咽癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法从1991年3月至1997年2月，对70例晚期鼻咽癌患者进行随机对照研究，35例采用神龙液加化疗并放射治疗（三联组），35例采用单纯放射治疗（对照组）。结果治疗结束时，颈淋巴结消退率三联组为71．43％，对照组为45．71％（P＜0．05），2年生存率三联组为83．53％，对照组为59．23％（P＜0．05）。结论研究提示中西医结合治疗晚期鼻咽癌是可取的，神龙液可增加肿瘤对放化疗敏感性及降低放化疗的毒副作用，不增加血行转移。
Objective To observe the efficacy and side effects of Shenlong liquid combined with chemotherapy and radiotherapy for advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods From March 1991 to February 1997, 70 patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomized controlled study. 35 patients were treated with Shenlong fluid plus chemotherapy and radiotherapy (triple therapy group), and 35 patients received radiotherapy alone (control group) . Results At the end of treatment, the regression rate of cervical lymph node was 71.43% in triple group and 45.71% in control group (P <0.05). The 2-year survival rate was 83.53% in triple group and 59.23 in control group % (P <0.05). Conclusions The study suggests that the combination of TCM and Western medicine is preferable for the treatment of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Shenlong liquid can increase the sensitivity of the tumor to radiotherapy and chemotherapy and reduce the toxic and side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, without increasing the metastasis of blood.
