输卵管手术应用CO_2激光,已成为有前途的新技术。此法具有切割、烧灼的作用,且不影响邻近组织,可用于:(1)粘连分解;(2)输卵管吻合术前的切割;(3)输卵管造口术。此种激光器装置在一个活动臂的末端,焦距100mm。移动时,对组织可造成较宽的冲击直径,通过OPM16型显微镜能看到冲击点呈红色。一般以0.1~1秒间断或连续使用,功率2~10w。用于粘连分解时,以玻璃棒将其绷紧,用很小的冲击直径,能准确地分解粘连部位,连续使用4w或5 w激光射击使其分开。作“卵巢剥光术”时,采用激光可使卵巢周围的粘连蒸发而不影响卵巢功能,所有病例均无出血现象。输卵管吻合术前
