The changes in the major countries of the world in the 1990s are worth studying. Many lessons have been learned and many problems can be raised. Why, for example, was the Soviet Union that once daunting the United States turned upside down overnight and why Japan, once an economic miracle, had not reached the 90's? Why did the mighty EU countries have experienced a recession in the 1990s? And the high unemployment rate, the United States has maintained itself in the changing 1990s. Some have said that this is because the new economic pattern emerged in the 1990s, the so-called new economy or knowledge-based economy, and the United States took the lead in the new economy Sheep, while others are lagging behind. The article argues that the Chinese who are building a modernized nation must study the new situation and new problems in the development of international economy, and the research must address the reality, take the facts as the starting point and the starting point. It is bound to benefit us from studying such a rich and varied reality in the world in the 1990s.
