传统的班级管理中,总是认为只要把学生培养成“听话”的孩子,就能够达到在思想上、行为上、感情上一致,就是一个健全的班集体。其实不然,一个班级几十位学生,他们有着不同的思维、不同的个性和不同的情感,如果仅仅是把学生驯化成一批听话的机器,那就忽视了学生的创造能力,忽视了学生个性的培养。班集体建设阶段,是个性化班集体培养的最佳时段。可以说,没有个性化的学生就没有个性化的班集体。我们每个教育工作者都应重视在班集体建设中发展学生的个性。
