中联链家二手房研究院总经理肖小平5~6月市场活跃,精准指数连续两个月涨幅超过10%,其中6月环比上涨更是接近15%,丝毫没有放缓的趋势。受影响于降准降息的大环境,加上长期看好深圳楼市,首次置业与换房需求都将进一步释放。因为房价处历史新高,短炒投资会减少,但中长期投资保值的需求将持续旺盛。

The precision index rose more than 10% for two months in a row, of which the chain index rose nearly 15% in June, showing no signs of slowing down. Affected by the RRR cut in the environment, coupled with the long-term optimistic about the Shenzhen property market, the first time buyers and exchange room needs will be further released. Because housing prices at a record high, short speculative investment will be reduced, but the demand for long-term investment hedge will continue to be strong.
