本文针对非直喷式柴油机,建立了一种实用的燃烧计算模型—“放热率—分配率”模型,由“瞬时放热分配”的概念出发,进行主、副燃烧室的燃烧放热计算。以此燃烧模型为基础,构造了非直喷式柴油机的循环模拟方法,应用于发动机实际工况的计算,同时进行了相应的实验验证。结果表明,所建立的模拟方法简单、实用并具有较高的准确性。与现有的几种燃烧模拟方法相比,能更充分地反映出主、副燃烧室内燃烧过程的相互联系和相互影响。
In this paper, a practical combustion calculation model - “heat release rate - distribution rate” model is established for non-direct injection diesel engine. Based on the concept of “instantaneous exothermic distribution”, the calculation of combustion exotherm in main and auxiliary combustion chambers . Based on the combustion model, a cycle simulation method of non-direct injection diesel engine is constructed and applied to the calculation of engine actual operating conditions, and the corresponding experimental verification is carried out at the same time. The results show that the established simulation method is simple, practical and has high accuracy. Compared with several existing combustion simulation methods, the interaction and interaction between the combustion processes in the main and the sub-combustion chambers can be more fully reflected.
