目的 :用31PMRS监测表阿霉素骨水泥介入治疗兔VX2 肿瘤的治疗反应。材料和方法 :对 5个皮下VX2 实体瘤行表阿霉素骨水泥介入治疗 ;对另外 5个肿瘤仅作单纯骨水泥注入以作对照。二组肿瘤均作治疗前后31PMRS检查。结果 :表阿霉素骨水泥治疗早期出现PDE和Pi峰值升高以及PME和ATP信号峰减低的改变 ,提示良好的治疗反应。结论 :表阿霉素可从骨水泥中释放并具有抗肿瘤效应 ;31PMRS具有早期监测肿瘤化疗反应的作用
OBJECTIVE: To monitor the therapeutic response of epirubicin bone cement in the treatment of rabbit VX2 tumors by 31PMRS. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Epirubicin-cemented intervention was performed on 5 subcutaneous VX2 solid tumors; only 5 additional tumors were infused with cement as a control. Two groups of tumors were treated before and after 31PMRS examination. Results: Epirubicin-treated early stage of PDE and Pi peak elevation and PME and ATP signal peaks decreased changes, suggesting a good response to treatment. Conclusion: Epirubicin can be released from bone cement and has anti-tumor effect; 31PMRS has the effect of early monitoring of tumor chemotherapy response
