本文遵照党的十四届六中全会决议关于在爱国主义教育中树立自尊、自信、自强的民族精神，分析论证了培养健康民族精神在爱国主义教育中的重要性、中华民族当代精神的历史和现实依据、民族精神三要素之间的内在联系，以及民族精神树立活动中要讲求内容形式多样化和防止不良倾向等问题。
In accordance with the resolution of the 6th Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on establishing a national spirit of self-esteem, self-confidence and self-reliance in patriotism education, this paper analyzes the importance of cultivating a healthy national spirit in patriotism education, the history of the contemporary spirit of the Chinese nation, Reality basis, internal connection between the three elements of the national spirit, as well as the national spirit to establish activities should pay attention to the diversification of content forms and to prevent undesirable tendencies and other issues.
