全民健身作为我国体育事业的重要组成部分,关系到人民群众体质的增强、健康素质的提高和生活质量的改善,是现代社会文明、健康、科学的重要标志之一。随着和谐社会和全面建设小康社会进程的推进,全民健身将成为我国未来体育发展新的亮点。如何进行健身训练,采用什么原则,是现阶段人们群众需要认识的,本文针对健身训练的原则展开初步分析,旨在为人民群众健身训练的过程中,扫清障碍,达到身体康健的效果。为全民健身计划献出一份力量。
