目的:研究丹贝益肺方对博来霉素所致肺纤维化大鼠肺组织MCP-1和PDGF表达的影响。方法:通过博莱霉素诱导大鼠肺纤维化模型。给予丹贝益肺方后,取肺组织,观察大鼠肺泡炎与肺纤维化程度;采用免疫组织化学分析法分别检测肺组织MCP-1和PDGF的表达及含量。结论:丹贝益肺方能降低肺纤维化大鼠肺系数,改善大鼠的活动表现,能够抑制MCP-1及PDGF的表达,这可能是丹贝益肺方具有抑制肺纤维化进展的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Danbeyiyifei Recipe on the expression of MCP-1 and PDGF in pulmonary tissue of bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats. Methods: Bleomycin induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats. Lung biopsy was taken after the administration of Danbei Yifei Fang. The alveolitis and pulmonary fibrosis in rats were observed. The expression and content of MCP-1 and PDGF in lung tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry. Conclusion: Danbey Yifei can reduce lung coefficient of rats with pulmonary fibrosis and improve activity in rats, and can inhibit the expression of MCP-1 and PDGF, which may be the role of Danbey Yifei Fang inhibiting the progression of pulmonary fibrosis .
