本文研究了偶氮胂-DBS与铬(Ⅲ)的显色反应,在PH2.5的酸性介质中,在加热条件下,铬(Ⅲ)与偶氮胂-DBS生成为1∶2的兰色络合物。最大吸收峰位于620nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为5.5×10~4。该试剂是目前测定徵量铬(Ⅲ)最灵敏的显色剂之一。若与萃取光度法配合,可测定0.2μgC_r~(3+)(Ⅲ)/10ml,方法稳定,重现性好。用此法测定了碳素比色钢,轴承钢,工具钢中的铬,均得到满意的结果。
In this paper, the color reaction of arsenazo-DBS with chromium (Ⅲ) was studied. Under the condition of heating, chromium (Ⅲ) and arsenazo-DBS were produced as blue Complex. The maximum absorption peak is at 620 nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 5.5 × 10 ~ 4. This reagent is currently one of the most sensitive chromogenic reagents for the determination of chromium (III). If combined with extraction spectrophotometry, the determination of 0.2μgC_r ~ (3 +) (Ⅲ) / 10ml, the method is stable and reproducible. Using this method for the determination of carbon color steel, bearing steel, chromium in tool steel, are satisfactory results.
