我系师生53人与广东省农业厅土地利用局合作参加广东省人民公社规划工作,于1959年一月分为四队赴湛江、佛山、江門、韶关四个专区,选择沿海、三角洲、丘陵、山区四种地区的典型人民公社进行工作。两个月的期間分別在各公社党委领导下,完成了规划任务,并写成了一批学年論文,貫彻了教学、生产劳动与科学研究相結合的方針,取得了很大的收获。同年七月我們根据工作的經驗与体会写成本文在中国地理学会 53 students and faculty members of the Department of Agriculture of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Agriculture participated in the planning of the People’s Commune of Guangdong Province in January 1959. They were divided into four teams in Zhanjiang, Foshan, Jiangmen, and Shaoguan in January 1959. They selected coastal areas, deltas, and hills. Typical people’s communes in four regions of the mountainous areas work. During the two-month period, under the leadership of the party committees of the communes, they completed planning tasks and wrote a number of academic year papers. They carried out a combination of teaching, production labor, and scientific research, and achieved great results. In July of the same year, according to the experience and experience of our work, we wrote a cost paper in the Chinese Geographical Society.
