以脱脂棉为原料,硝酸钴为催化剂,通过不同的反应时间,得到长的碳化硅(SiC)纳米线和弯曲的纳米棒。通过XRD、SEM、HRTEM和PL对不同形貌的碳化硅样品进行表征。结果表明,不同反应时间所制备的碳化硅样品具有不同的形貌,但具有相似的光致发光特性。强发射峰位置出现明显的蓝移主要归咎于样品表面具有大量的结构缺陷和量子尺寸效应的影响。
Using cotton wool as raw material and cobalt nitrate as catalyst, long SiC (SiC) nanowires and curved nanorods were obtained through different reaction times. The samples with different morphologies were characterized by XRD, SEM, HRTEM and PL. The results show that silicon carbide samples prepared at different reaction times have different morphologies but have similar photoluminescence properties. The obvious blue shift of the strong emission peak is mainly attributed to the large number of structural defects and quantum size effects on the sample surface.
