本文介绍了以琼脂扩散法测定头孢塔齐定(头孢噻甲羧肟,ceftazidime。CAZ)血清及尿液浓度,用开放二室模型分析了CAZ在我国6例正常人体内的药物动力学参数。CAZ 2g静脉输注30分钟后,峰浓度187.31±6.81mg/L、8小时血药浓度是5.51±0.83mg/L,半衰期为1.87±0.07小时,表观分布容积18.35±2.97L,12小时内从尿液中排泄85.2±5.6%的药物,与国外报道基本一致。通过参数分析CAZ的药物动力学特征,提示国外临床常用剂量亦适用于我国,治疗严重细菌感染以2g剂量,每12小时注射一次为最佳方案。
