本控制系统是由THS-245操作台、KXJS-660/11405防爆控制箱及各种传感器组成,并与YNRQD系列液体粘性传动装置所配用的液压系统相结合,构成了带式输送机机电液一体化可控系统,不仅实现了对带式输送机的软起动控制,而且当带式输送机为多点进行驱动时,通过对控制油压的改变可以实现多机之间功率平衡的调节。与集控系统相结合可以实现远控的起停输送机、常规保护(如跑偏、沿停、温度、烟雾、速度、煤位、撕裂保护等)以及可以实现对液体粘性装置的温度保护。另外,可以对主要运行参数与故障类别进行显示。该系统既可进行自动控制也可实现手动控制,并且对系统的主要运行参量和设备工况采取了可视化实时监控,力求系统控制柔性化、显示数字化、操作简单化、结构模块化。
