培训是增强员工技能和知识的过程之一,但经常被认为无关紧要并且其收益不那么确定,因而总得不到优先考虑。培训经费在削减时往往首当其冲,好像它是一种不必要的奢侈品。事实上,情况正好相反。不论培训是否围绕着员工的工作,都有其特定的收益,而且这种收益显著且持久。技能可以随着经验而增长,但公司要从每个人身上获得最多的收获,打好每一件事的基础都是非常重要的。
Training is one of the processes that empowers employees’ skills and knowledge, but is often seen as irrelevant and its benefits are less well defined and therefore not always prioritized. Training costs often bear the brunt of cuts as if it were an unnecessary luxury. In fact, the situation is the opposite. Whether or not training is centered around the work of employees has its own specific benefits, and this benefit is significant and lasting. Skill can grow with experience, but it is important for the company to get the most out of everyone and to lay the foundation for everything.
