心脏疾病是造成人类死亡的三大疾病(心脏病、脑血管病、癌症)之一。长期以来对心脏病的研究一直是医学界和生物医学工程界的一个主要课题。由于心电是反映心脏电活动的信号,又能从体表检测到,因此对心电一论和体表心电检测技术的研究发展很快。对心脏电活动的研究可以分为顺问题的研究和逆问题的研究。顺问题的研究是探讨心脏的兴奋是如何传播的?除极和得极过程是如何产生的?各种心肌细胞的特性。在病理情况下心脏兴奋的产生和传播过程又是怎样变化?对应不同情况在体表得到的心电波形又是怎样?逆问题的研究则是从体表所得到的心电信号反过来推测心脏电活动的正常与异常。心电顺逆问题的研究始终是相互相联系的,回顾过去产(?),可以把心电顺递问题
