新常态下制造业企业必须进行产品质量升级,以应对低附加值产品低销售、低利润与不断提高的劳动力成本之间的矛盾,制造业企业员工如何在推动企业转型升级中发挥作用是一个值得研究的问题。文章以员工劳动倦怠为切入点,在区分产品的生产质量和技术质量的基础上,根据2015年中国制造业企业“转型升级、提质增效”企业-员工匹配调查的数据,实证考察了技术进步、劳动倦怠与产品质量之间的相互影响机制。通过实证分析可以得到如下结论:企业一线员工的劳动倦怠程度对产品质量的影响有显著的负效应,技术进步可以使员工劳动倦怠对产品质量的影响降低。当产品质量因主要受到技术进步影响而提高时,劳动倦怠对产品质量的影响不大,而在产品技术质量较低时,一线员工的劳动倦怠程度对以生产质量为主导的产品质量有显著负向影响。
