β-受体阻断剂心得安能降低人和动物的基础代谢率,其机制不甚清楚。切除猪的甲状腺,再给予心得安,降低基础代谢率的作用消失。T_4脱碘转变为T_3的过程,受心得安和儿茶酚胺影响,前者为抑制作用,后者则相反。 本文作者选用2~3个月,体重10~15kg的猪进行实验,旨在研究心得安对猪甲状腺激素代谢的影响。动物按60g/kg标准饲养。实验分为生理盐水组和心得安组,所有动物行颈静脉插管以备取血。按Macari氏方法计算T_4和T_3的分次消失速率(K值),再依据K值计算激素的代谢清除率(MCR)和分解速率(CR)。用放免法测定血浆中激素浓度。
