北京煤机厂于1984年设计试制了我国第一种薄煤层掩护式液压支架BY200-06/15型(以下简称BY200)。1986年7月～12月在鸡西矿务局二道河子煤矿进行了井下工业性试验,取得了较好的效果。在正式生产的4个月中,平均月产28299t,最高月产35093t,工作面效率平均15.68t/工。达到综采乙级队水平。本文仅就BY200型液压支架的研制实践,浅析薄煤层支架的设计特点。
