目的探讨机器人辅助手术系统在微创外科手术中的应用。方法应用美国Computer Motion公司生产的AESOP3000型机器人行腹腔镜胆囊切除术354例,腹腔镜胆囊切除联合肝囊肿开窗引流17例,腹腔镜阑尾切除36例,Miles手术3例,乙状结肠及直肠癌根治术8例。结果本组418例患者手术,除5例中途转为人工扶镜外,其余全程均为机器人持镜,无术中中转手术,患者无手术风险外的附加危险。中途改为人工扶持腹腔镜5例,均为腹腔镜胆囊切除的患者,其主要原因是:解剖困难、腹腔镜不断起雾、早期操作不熟练等。结论 AESOP3000型机器人系统具有智能化、人性化的特点,通过人机合一的配合,可提供稳定、高清晰图像,减轻术者疲劳,使手术更安全,且节省人力资源。
Objective To explore the application of robot assisted surgery system in minimally invasive surgery. Methods 354 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy with AESOP3000 robotic robot manufactured by Computer Motion Company of America were studied. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with hepatic cyst drainage and drainage in 17 cases, laparoscopic appendectomy in 36 cases, Miles operation in 3 cases, sigmoid colon and rectal cancer Surgery in 8 cases. Results 418 cases of this group of patients undergoing surgery, in addition to 5 cases converted to artificial radios, the rest are robotic lens, no intraoperative transit surgery, patients without additional risk in addition to the risk of surgery. Midway to artificial support laparoscopy in 5 cases, all patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the main reason is: anatomical difficulties, continuous laparoscopic fogging, unskilled early operation. Conclusion The AESOP3000 robotic system is intelligent and user-friendly. With the combination of human-machine interaction, the AESOP3000 robot system provides stable and high-definition images, alleviates the operator’s fatigue, makes the operation safer and saves human resources.
