建立基于平均颗粒尺寸的废弃混凝土的破碎模型,据此计算破碎比并分析影响因素,为确定废弃混凝土合理的预处理尺寸提供依据。研究结果表明,废弃混凝土的破碎比随着物料强度和尺寸的增大而增大,较规则物料的破碎比较针片状的大;提出了废弃混凝土破碎比的标准,可作为确定物料预处理尺寸的依据;废弃混凝土的强度越高、形状越规则,预处理尺寸就可越大进而节约能耗;在满足物料强度与形状的前提下,大尺寸物料的破碎效果较好,可根据破碎机械给料口尺寸尽量提高预处理尺寸,以节约能耗。
The crushing model of waste concrete based on the average particle size is established.
