本世纪以来,领导与领导力的概念逐渐从国外和企业管理范畴引入到我国教育领域。我国教育界对教育领导的关注首先从课程领导和校长的领导力等方面开始,现逐渐拓展到更大的研究范畴。本文试图在研究学校领导力的基础上,对学校领导力的结构模型进行剖析。
Since the beginning of this century, the concept of leadership and leadership has gradually been introduced into the field of education in our country from the fields of foreign countries and business management. Attention to education leaders in China’s education sector begins with the leadership of curriculum leaders and principals, and is gradually expanding to larger research areas. This paper tries to analyze the structural model of school leadership based on the study of school leadership.
