目的 :观察复方姜黄素胶囊对脑缺血再灌注大鼠的影响。方法 :复制不完全性脑缺血再灌注模型 ,观察脑缺血再灌注后血液丙二醛 (MDA)、一氧化氮 (NO)、内皮素 (ET)、血栓烷B2(TXB2 )、 6 -酮 -前列腺素F1a ( 6 -Keto -PGF1a)含量、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)的活性改变。结果 :复方姜黄素胶囊 2 0mg/kg ,6 0mg/kg能升高血中SOD、NO和 6 -Keto -PGF1 1a含量、降低血中MDA、ET、TXB2 和脑组织钙含量。结论 :复方姜黄素胶囊对脑缺血再灌注大鼠有保护作用
Objective: To observe the effect of compound curcumin capsule on rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. METHODS: Incomplete cerebral ischemia reperfusion model was performed to observe the blood malondialdehyde (MDA), nitric oxide (NO), endothelin (ET), thromboxane B2 (TXB2), 6- after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. Keto-prostaglandin F1a (6-Keto-PGF1a) content and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity change. RESULTS: Compound curcumin capsules 20 mg/kg and 60 mg/kg could increase the levels of SOD, NO and 6-Keto-PGF1 1a in blood, decrease the content of MDA, ET, TXB2, and brain tissue calcium in blood. Conclusion :Compound curcumin capsule has protective effects on rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion
