该文利用轮胎模态参数建立了垂直特性和侧偏特性模型,并在垂直特性模型中计入胎侧非线性柔度,使模型预测精度得到提高。分析了不同精度的垂直特性模型对侧偏模型计算结果的影响,并与试验结果进行比较。结果表明:小载荷时胎侧非线性柔度对垂直特性和侧偏特性结果影响很小;大载荷时,胎侧非线性柔度对侧偏特性预测有较大影响,侧偏刚度预测的最大误差由-18.7%降至-11.4%。侧偏模型的预测完全符合M ag ic Form u la的描述。
In this paper, the vertical and lateral characteristics models are established by using the tire modal parameters, and the non-linear compliance of the sidewalls is calculated in the vertical characteristics model to improve the prediction accuracy of the model. The influence of vertical model with different accuracies on the calculation results of lateral model is analyzed and compared with the experimental results. The results show that the nonlinear compliance of sidewall has little effect on the vertical and lateral characteristics when the load is small, and the non-linear compliance of sidewall has a great effect on the prediction of lateral deflection when the load is high, The error decreased from -18.7% to -11.4%. The prediction of the sideways model is in full accordance with M ic ic Form u la’s description.
