目的:研究艾迪注射液抑制肿瘤生长的作用机理。方法:采用裸鼠人肺鳞癌移植瘤模型,造模10 d后,随机分为3组:对照组每日ip生理盐水0.2 mL,共20 d。艾迪组按12g.kg-1每日ip艾迪注射液0.2 mL(含生药1.2 g.mL-1),共20 d。化疗组按照1 mg.kg-1给小鼠ip 0.2 mL顺铂(DDP),共7 d。给药结束后处死动物,称瘤重;用免疫组化染色检测肿瘤血管密度和VEGF蛋白表达。结果:艾迪注射液和DDP的抑瘤率分别为45.6%和78.3%,艾迪注射液组血管密度降低,肿瘤组织VEGF蛋白表达减少,DDP组血管密度也降低,但肿瘤组织VEGF蛋白表达增加。结论:艾迪注射液可抑制肿瘤组织VEGF蛋白表达,降低肿瘤血管密度。
Objective: To study the mechanism of Aidi injection in inhibiting tumor growth. Methods: The model of human lung squamous cell carcinoma xenografts in nude mice was used. After 10 days of modeling, the rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: the control group received 0.2 mL daily ip normal saline for 20 days. Aidi group according to 12g.kg-1 daily ip Aidi injection 0.2 mL (including crude drug 1.2 g.mL-1), a total of 20 days. In the chemotherapy group, mice were given ip 0.2 mL cisplatin (DDP) at 1 mg.kg-1 for 7 days. After the administration, the animals were sacrificed and the tumor weight was weighed; the tumor vascular density and VEGF protein expression were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results: The tumor inhibition rates of Aidi injection and DDP were 45.6% and 78.3%, respectively. The blood vessel density in Aidi injection group decreased, the expression of VEGF protein in tumor tissue decreased, and the vascular density in DDP group also decreased, but the expression of VEGF protein in tumor tissue increased. . Conclusion: Aidi injection can inhibit the expression of VEGF protein in tumor tissue and reduce the density of tumor blood vessels.
